1 Pack of Morning Star Crumbles

2 Packs of Old El Paso Seasoning Mix

1 Pack Old El Paso Tortillas

Cooking Directions

Set a skillet or pan filled with 2 Tbsp of olive oil on the stove top.

Once the pan or skillet is warm, add the pack of Morning Star Crumbles.

Cook for 5-8 minutes or until warm. Stir every now and then.

Pour on 1/4 cup of water.Add the 2 packs of seasoning. Mix well.

Cook for 3-4 more minutes.

Lay a flour tortilla on a plate. Fill with the "meat." Put in toppings and condiments like diced onions, beans, tomatoes, Japalpeno peppers, cheese, rice, etc.

Next, roll it up like a burrito or just fold it in half and eat up!

Hi Angela,
Thanks again for submitting your recipe! I tried your burrito recipe for lunch today and it was delicious.

Using the microwave to cook the Morning Star soy crumbles made this even faster.

However, I'm sure it would have been much better if I used the stove top instead. I was just feeling lazy :)

What condiments, toppings, and other fillings do you normally use? I enjoyed it with cheese, diced tomatoes, and hot sauce.

This would be a great vegetarian recipe to serve to friends and/or family because of how easy it is to customize to your taste.

Next time I use this recipe, I plan to try with a vegetarian chicken substitute.

I highly recommend this recipe!
