Preheat oven to the temperature indicated on package instructions. Typically, it is about 450 degrees Fahrenheit for pizza.
Lightly spread olive oil on each pizza crust. Top with desired amount of sauce, cheese, and vegetables.
Cook pizzas until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. The exact time will vary depending on the type of dough and toppings.
Let the pizzas cool off for about five minutes before serving.

Select about three different types of cheese. Generally, I use motzerella, white cheddar, and pepper jack to add a bit of a spicy flavor. However, any kind of cheese will work just fine.
Sprinkle cheese over sauce, either just one kind or all of them mixed together.
Add a layer of fresh vegetables, like tomato slices or mushrooms, and cover with cheese. Put more vegetables on top of the pizza if you want.
Following the cooking instructions on the package. Allow pizza several to cool before serving.
A bit of extra pizza sauce on the side goes well with this vegetarian recipe.
"Extra Meaty" Pizza
Vegetarian pizza is not limited to only cheese and vegetables. Lightly coat crust with olive oil and sauce. Top with desired amount of cheese.

Although I find that meat substitutes taste pretty good and a lot like the real thing, they do taste a lot better with a sauce or some seasoning.
